The Temple Mount is one of the most important sites I the world from the historical, religious and touristic aspects. In this tour we will focus on the main sites (the Dome of the Rock and al Aqsa mosque from outside, the north wall, Shaar haRahamim, etc.); we will update the participants on recent developments on the mountain and unveil the theological analysis of the site's architecturee from a composite perspective of Judaism Islam and Christianity. We will proceed to explore the Umayyad palaces, in the southern wall excavation in an attempt to understand their background and continue with an exploration of major Mamluk buildings in the Old City (the Tashtamurya, Khan Tankiz etc.
